East Coast provided prefabricated metal wall panels and floor system along with the exterior facade for the Tiverton Casino Project. The prefabrication of the exterior walls and floor system saved approximately 6 weeks in our schedule to get weather tight. The use of these panels and floor system limited East Coast time on site, which allowed other trades access around the buildings to perform other work on a congested site.

With East Coast’s partnership, they assisted the project in VE options that aided the project budget and ultimately the schedule. East Coast stayed committed as a true partner to work through the inevitable construction issues and contributed to what will be a very successful project. We look forward to working with East Coast on future projects.
