Shaughn Shields

As Director of Operations at East Coast Interiors, Shaughn Shields leads with a focus on performance and people. He oversees a team of more than 200 union carpenters, estimators, and project managers, ensuring every phase of construction meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency. Prior to joining ECI, Shaughn spent seven years with Suffolk Construction, where he contributed to the development of high-profile projects including the Millennium Tower, Encore Boston Harbor, Winthrop Center Tower, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. A former Infantry Captain in the U.S. Army National Guard, Shaughn last commanded a Company of Soldiers while managing multimillion-dollar training and logistical operations. He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a BSBA from Suffolk University.
