Shaughn Shields

As Director of Operations at East Coast Interiors, Shaughn Shields leads with a focus on precision, performance, and people. He oversees a team of more than 200 union carpenters, estimators, and project managers, ensuring every phase of construction—from pre-planning to completion—meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.

Prior to joining ECI, Shaughn spent eight years with Suffolk Construction, where he contributed to the development of high-profile projects including Encore Boston Harbor, Winthrop Center Tower, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

A former Infantry Captain in the U.S. Army National Guard, Shaughn last commanded a Company of Soldiers while managing multimillion-dollar training and logistical operations. He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a BSBA from Suffolk University.
