Eric Lyman

Eric Lyman brings over a decade of hands-on experience and technical expertise to his role leading East Coast Interiors’ Framing and Siding Division. A graduate of the New England Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Eric began his career in 2013 and quickly earned recognition for his ability to deliver complex projects with precision and teamwork.

He has successfully guided many of ECI’s most notable framing projects, including East Pier 5 & 6, Union Square Tower, and the Whittier Place Development. Known for his pragmatic leadership style and deep field knowledge, Eric works closely with clients, designers, and field teams to ensure every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
